Common questions
How is this different from traditional consulting?
Time-boxed by default. Workflow-first, not org-chart first. Tool-grounded in real AI systems, not conceptual decks. We deliver operating models and roadmaps, not slideware theater.
How long are engagements?
90 minutes to 6 weeks. No open-ended projects. Executive workshops run 90 minutes to half a day. Hands-on builds run 2 days. Diagnostics run 4–6 weeks.
Do you do implementation?
No. We help you decide what to do and build the roadmap. When implementation is needed, we can introduce trusted partners—no referral fees.
What does an engagement cost?
Designed to undercut traditional consulting by an order of magnitude in time and cost. Workshops are fixed-price. We'll discuss specifics in the briefing call.
Do you have vendor partnerships?
No. No referral fees, no commissions, no alliances. Our recommendations are independent by design. That's how we maintain credibility.
What geography do you cover?
We work globally. Workshops are typically in-person (UK, EU, US). Remote and hybrid options available.
